A sacred space where Black women come together to heal, speak truth, and rise—through guided discussions and supportive tools that explore the intersections of gender, race, identity, and culture.

Seasons of Change Wellness Circle

This empowering circle helps menopausal women reclaim vitality and meaning through holistic guidance, cultural awareness, and community support for every season of change.

Diabetes Wellness Circle

A live, culturally affirming support group designed to educate, encourage, and empower Black individuals managing or preventing diabetes through community accountability and holistic care practices.

Gastrointestinal Wellness Circle

If your gut is out of balance, your entire system feels it. This powerful circle uncovers how stress, trauma, and lifestyle toxins disrupt digestion—and teaches you to reclaim your body’s core health through restorative, culture-centered healing practices.

Stress, Ancestry & the Black Body

Stress, Ancestry, and the Black Body is a 3-part mini-course designed to introduce you to the unique ways racialized stress impacts the health of Black people across generations.
