Dr. Tawainna Houston is a naturopathic physician and leading expert in systemic health equity and chronic disease prevention, with over two decades of experience addressing the historical, biological, and transgenerational roots of illness in Black communities. As the founder of Black CELL Consulting, she delivers culturally centered wellness education to middle-aged Black female coaches and executives, guiding them through the layered impact of racial toxicity, environmental stressors, and structural inequities on their health and well-being.
Blending expertise in sociology, counseling, and natural medicine, Dr. Houston equips individuals and communities with practical tools for stress mitigation and life-affirming wellness practices, helping them shift from survival to sustainable thriving.
